Been a while since the last report...
Went out on a freezing Monday morning to the dirty ole Neers doing 30kts all the way to the outers on what resembled a glass table..
Got there latish around 6.30 and got the burley trail going, sent down a few bottom bashers and pulled in every varity of pecker ever made... :-?
Just as we thought things where average considering a good show on the sounder, thump.. On comes a 3kg fat greedy tusky :), 1/2 a kilo of squid latter and sick of the peckers we deploy more burley and the floaters...
After a few minutes "zzzzzzzzzzzz" both floaters catch 3-4 good size snapps within an hour with plenty missed due to playing silly buggers with the bashers and grapes of mono..
More burley and the floaters go quite... Mmmmm, time for the placo's and the ian millers get a bend and the rest of the snaps come on board..
Esky shot doesn't give the fish justice but happy for a quick run.. Back by 10.30am.. 7 x snaps and 1 x tusky..
