Mike, Here is a reply from the sales and marketing manager from an enquiry of mine. Rather than ask for specific details regarding a type of boat here on AF, you'll get a more detailed correct responce from the manufacturer.

Hi Michael,
Thank you for your inquiry regarding the Outsider625 Model. We
started Foam Filled Hull's with the commencement of production at the
beginning of 2005 which was part of a build upgrade across our total
Model line-up. In addition to the Foam we introduced a Fully Moulded
Fibreglass Floor Liner and Fully Moulded Side Panels across a selection
of Models.
These important changes culminated with our Structural Hull
Guarantee being increased to 7Years, in addition to this we decided to
build our boats using the CE Standard of production (a collection of
international ISO's) which allows us to Export the Explorer/Outsider
575/625 and 685 Models to Europe!
The addition of flotation does improve the ride thru two
important areas; greater Buoyancy and a Quieter Ride whereby the
previous air chambers are now filled with foam! This current method of
construction further improves the integrity & strength of the hulls
construction!
Stability is a result more by hull design rather than the
buoyancy, CruiseCraft Models feature a wide transom beam that is only
nominally narrower at the water-line and when combined with a number of
other important design criteria we achieve a hull design that is highly
and widely regarded!
Typically, an Outsider or Explorer625 Model with a two stroke
engine should weighbridge around 2100 to 2300kg depending on options
fitted, engine/trailer brand and personal items. The best and most
practical way to get an accurate figure would be to get a weighbridge
certificate for the vessel in question?
I hope this information is helpful.
