bachaou, never seen an electric anchor before :) were you talking about a anchor winch per chance. But if you are after anchor weights, it depends on whether you will be anchoring on sand, mud or reef as to type and weight

I'm running a 30lb Manson plough and 17 mtrs of chain on my 7.4mtr boat for inshore and a reef pick for offshore stuff. Not sure about the "electric" bit of the post mate but if your chasing ideas for a winch i run a Lewmar pro fish 700 free fall windlass.

try a mooloolaba reef anchor instead of a reef pick, not sure what weight but you will need but the 4kg will be too small so the next size up should be ok. I use a 15lb Manson Plough for sand and mud with 10metres of closed link chain
