From Goondiwindi to 1770 the father in law made the 8 hour trip, meeting up with Jud and myself at the tavern from our trip from Brisbane for a feed and a few beers. Later that night, we put the boat in and headed out to the reef. The trip out took about 2 hrs.

We had flat seas, but took our time as you can't see much in the dark. Beau and I hit, the sack shortly after arriving, while Jud put some good red throats in the box. :)

Within the next couple of days, we had the best weather we had all experienced and caught plenty of great reef fish.... However.... we also lost a lot to bloody sharks :-?. But yet once again.. I can't wait to go again.;D

We didn't get as many reds as you but after 10 hours of travel to get to your spot, you deserve it!!!!!!
