Snap Time

Went out for a quick fish before work this morning. Conditions didnt live up to the 5 knot SW forecast. It was a bit tricky but manaegable. Landed this 7.945 snapper on soft plastics, lost another one of similiar size and caught a few around the 1-2 kilo mark. Great way to start the day and i managed to get to work on time for a 9am start as well.

My father in law and I caught a 6.1 kilo snapper on sunday as well.

great fish

did u go off ballina or evans,conditions were great sunday,was the bar at ballina playing up with the runout tide and the swell,i went off evans tuesday,its the time of year now for the big fish to come on the chew

byron moses - cant say i recall seeing anyone with a manly jumper. if it was a parra jersey than i would have remebered :) seriously if you recognised me you should have introduced yourself. i havent seen any pictures of you so i have no idea what you look like.

The tub- yes they were caught off ballina. The bar on sunday morning was shit. when the tide turned i it cleaned up a bit. I headed out after 8 am. Forecast looks great for an afternoon fish tmrw. Might have to hit the boss up for an early mark tommorrow :)

Nice fish samsy. You are getting onto them a bit now. Might have to take a few plastics out myself next time and have a go but i dont like my chances.
