Hi Guys

Quick question re the size of fuel line inside fuel tanks.

Following is a photo of two 22Lt tanks. I have extracted the fuel pick ups to have a look see .. and I noticed the very different sizes of internal fuel lines. One is twice the size of the other. Why ?

I am assuming that this would have an effect on the availability of fuel to the motor .. but cant see any sizing info on the tanks relative to available fuel. Or am I on the wrong track here.

So is there any need to consider the fuel line size to power my 2 stroke 115HP motor ?

Thanks

Your fuel line connectors have much greater restriction in available area for the fuel to flow through than the smallest pickup tube.
Two weeks ago I took the units off the top of identical tanks and replaced them with an alloy plate and brass fittings due to cracks in the black plastic sucking air.
How are your units going for cracks?
Mines used the thin tubes.
