After making plans to go to double island for a fish were cancelled on thursday due to lack of time,we did a quick
trip off morten instead.We had the best weather i have fished this year and caught some nice fish.
We fished 100 mtrs of water for pearlies,snapper and kingies.The strangest fish for the day was a jew in 150mtrs east of the cape.
It was an awsome day fishing with good company,cold beer,good weather and the bonus was good fish.
Forgot the camera but had my i phone and hope you enjoy the pics.

As for the current it was non exsistant and was a suprise as i had been told it was raging.Made working 150mtrs very comfortable.As for the weather Pete it sure makes for a good day mate,wish i had gone chasing reds up at DI.Hopefuly it will play the game at easter.
Bill Corten,put a good feed together seeing we hadnt fished that area for 2 or more years.It was good to be out there.
