Fishing NT 2011

Spent a couple of days fishing out of Dundee Beach NT and had a blast catching Spanish Mackerel, Golden Snapper, Queenies, Coral Trout, Barra, Mangrove Jack and endless reef species. Trolled this mackerel up on a Halco Scorpion estimated 30+KG and released him, man they pull hard on threadline gear (Live fibre 10-15kg spin stick and Daiwa Saltist reel 50lb rainbow braid).

gotta love the territory, we heading into the territory in october but not up that way. But i spose anywhere in the n.t is great :) Great pics and great report, love those goldies....yum
