outside seaway

went out on a charter boast for the first time today. left the seaway at 6 and and at 6.15 had our first spotted mac plenty around just out of the seaway even a couple of tuna. bottom fishing apperently shit?. thumbs up to deep blue.

Sounds good ifish I was thinking of going tomorrow. What method of fishing were you guys using and do you know what reef you went to? How many fish were caught? Thanks from Speniard

I'm not sure whether the bottom fishing is shit, or if the chapter bloke are trying not to fish the bottom because of the snapper ban, fish bought up from deep water don't have a real good survival rate..

bottom fishing is good atm just easier to catch macks in close by the sounds of it
