Plans to building a 15ft tinnie

Does anyone know where I can get plans or scale drawings to construct / build a 15ft tinnie from scratch or in kit form?

One place I know of and considering doing one myself perhaps 5m.
But I don't know at this stage how good or bad they are. More investigation required.
The link is for his centre console but he has other designs.
