grassy's of caloundra

hi all went out of caloundra today, started a day break and it was pretty slow for the first hour, until we got on to a good patch of reef to drift over and the fish kept coming, ended up with 10 good grassys, a few bit offs as well as my first legal snapper.... good pan size to but pity bout the ban...

Yep the real downer of the ban is you can't include it in the photo ;D

But honestly well done for returning it and a nice catch you have and some good chewing there.

Last trip out to The Banks a mate caught a snapper and a PB pearlie - he threw them both back before I had a chance to photograph them - didn't want the torment. :)

yer i know, im never to worried about throwing fish back, but i forgot to take a picture too... :( at the moment i havent been out any further than about 2-3mile off caloundra and to iner gneerings off of mooloolaba

hahaha yer its in my dad house he biult this place like 24years ago or something like that,

we ate nearly all of it last night tasted pretty good too, only problem is now im out of fish again... haha
