Don't know what they are worth but i recon it would do the job your after well.

The trailer is illegal for the weight (max 750kg), it is currently registered as a non-braked trailer.

You can risk it (pretty low risk) but if you fix that you will need to address the rust as a braked trailer needs an inspection before being able to be transferred.
