Heard him interviewed on the radio yesterday what a great effort from the little champion. thanks for the link , jeez there is some uneducated comments re the capture , some people have no idea ! thanks again Andrew

It would pay to know the rules before saying someone has done something wrong.

Another thing too, if you read the full story (not printed in the courier mail by the looks of it), they tried to revive the fish to release but unfortunately it didn't come good. If anyone knows how to release fish unharmed it would be Terry (the little guys father). Terry used to work for fisheries and has electrofished and released thousands and thousands of fish over his career.

It is a pity that the fish didn't survive but a great effort for a such a little bloke.. well done..
