Anybody using flexible brake lines on their Hydraulic trailer brakes??

Only ones I can find are from this mob http://www.titanbrakes.com.au/about_us.php

My hydraulic line passes down thru the trailer frame and I have a hole in it.. so need to replace. I am thinking the flexible ones might hang in there a bit better than 3 years ::)

Thoughts?

Gary I use these, on the ones I build. Very flexible. I get from Direct Source Brissy. Ring and organize an account if not give me a yell I'll chase down some prices for you.

I use them in my trailer . No problems at all , they will last you a lot longer than 3 years Garry. I had them on another trailer for about 8 years.

I buy mine in USA , much cheaper than here at about $120+shipping for a kit to do a dual axle trailer everything included.

speak with enzed or your local hydraulics folk or ask car restorers who they are using for custom lines.

I never have brake lines or electrics where they can't be seen or checked and had tabs welded on last trailer as supports for line runs so they are supported and isolated.

Yes I have them. They make it much easier to take the calipers off to check and change pads.

I have had them on the trailer for a couple of years. No problems at all.
Got them done by Leo at united brake and clutch at Coorparoo.

I fitted the ones from Direct Source to my old trailer as well. All comes in a kit, easy to install, and worked well.
