Freshwater prawns/shrimps

Hi, I was just curious - are they edible? Are they tasty?

Or is it best to just use them for bait?

Just cook them same as saltwater ones. They are just a bit small as they shrink when cooked.

I supose if you cooked em like the asians and ate em shell and all they would be a bit more viable.
