hey guys was just wondering bout the Barometer and what it actually means? I love me Bass fishing so at wht number should the barometer be at before we go out and how can we check it everyday? Cheers Scotty

I've found that a falling barometer usually does me well on surf fishing trips

A falling barometer is always a good sign for bass....especially a rapidly falling barometer...but beware...as this also usally coincides with the approach of a storm. I think anecdotally this is true of a lot of predatory fish...especially freshwater fish (I know it is with yellas, redfin and goodoo). Bass I have found go particularly aggressive when a storm is approaching.
