Permit North Pine Dam

Do I need a permit if not fishing in the dam but I will be on the over flow side of the dam wall? Thanks Mark

No a permit (SIP) isn't required there. no more than 2 bass and a 30 cm min size, Fisheries officers have been very active (great to see)

Of course, you could buy a permit anyway and contribute back to the process that provides the fish you are trying to target.
