First of all let me start by saying, I have NO professional interest in ether of the 2 mentioned companies, I am however an extremely impressed customer and you unfortunately don't find that much these days, so when you do it’s worth telling others. READ Below……:D

Well, Finally after much investigation sea trials and discussions with many others I decided to purchase my new boat.
The boat I purchased is a TOURNAMENT 2000 BLUEWATER (Generation 2 Hull) build in Queensland at Yatala, and fitted with a 150hp EVINRUDE ETEC (2011 Model), WOW what a unit, I couldn’t be more impressed, the Gen 2 version of this boat is amazing, the way it handles both smooth and rough conditions, not to mention it's stability and how good it performs even in a following sea is nothing short of amazing, I have now only had this new boat 3 weeks and have already clocked up over 300 kms of offshore and bay runs, the ETEC is also just as impressive and @ 150hp, a perfect match for this boat.
Just as impressive and also extremely important is the experience I had with the boats supplier, I decided after taking a lot of peoples opinions in to account to purchase the new boat from ADRIAN'S MARINE CENTRE in Bundaberg (although I live in Brisbane), well let me tell you IMHO, that a better experience could not be had, the professionalism of this marine dealer is exceptional, from the moment I contacted them for a quote till I received my new boat, I was treated as a customer should be, nothing was to much trouble for them to arrange including all the small requests for modifications along the way.
I found Adrian himself to be a great business man to deal with, he was always true to his word and went out of his way to do what he could to make this easy for me, including arranging to see the boat at the factory at Yatala as it was being picked up to go to Bundy to be fitted out by Adrian’s with the ETEC, and then delivering it back top me in Brisbane.
Kerrie is the person I dealt with most of the time during the time the boat was being built, and what a true credit to have such a professional and polite, not to mention extremely helpful customer service staff member, absolutely nothing was a problem for Kerrie, I also spent quite some time in discussion with Adrian's ETEC specialist and found him to be just as helpful.
I would like to thank Adrian's Marine Centre and all their staff for all their help and making this as stress free of a purchase as possible. (and that's what you want when spending that kind of money)
If you are looking for a recommendation on a great marine dealer, IMHO give these guys a call. ADRIAN’S MARINE CENTRE, Bundaberg - 07 41531819.
