I have purchased a Volvo QL trim tab 300mm kit and would like to get them fitted to the boat but have the following things that will need to be done at the same time for them to fit. The boat is a NZ ally extremeboats 665 Hardtop (current boat name in their range is 650 gameking). I need to have the transducer mount relocated, the water intake for a deck wash (which I currently don’t have) modified/moved and a small bar used to route the transducer cable moved. I would also like to explore the possibility of mounting the tabs onto a 10mm think plate (as has been discussed here a number of times) that is drilled and tapped as to avoid putting 8 extra holes into the transom per tab.
Can anyone recommend someone who if familiar with fitting the volvo ql trim tabs and can do the ally work as well??
Location is Perth and preff NOR but will travel for good work/service.
