fraser pipies, whiting and muddies

Hi,

I am taking my 14 year old daughter, Gemma to Fraser for a few days of beach fishing, leaving on Saturday 25/9/2010.

As we are only there for a few days, Just wanting some tips on the following:
1)where are pipies available at the moment ?
2)where to go to try for some big whiting
3)any land based area recomendations to try for muddies and fish on western side of the island?
4)what species to target at the cape?
5)nagala rocks worth a fish ?

Any help will be appreciated.:)
