I contacted the Port Authority about both Whyte Island and Pinkenba last week. The response with regards to Pinkenba was -


"As for the Pinkenba boat ramp, that is now the responsibility of the Department of Transport and Main Roads. The contact there is Chris Murray on 3137 8406".
