Greetings people.

My first post for a couple of years....

Hope you are all well.

I am about to move again - this time to a good fishing location (Perth).

The wife wants me to get a new donk to replace my hacked 1989 115HP 2 stroke.

I have the 1989 Haines Hunter fiberglass hull with a 22.5 degree deep V.

I want to use it for open water fishing and no fresh water stuff.

So, what has 2010 or 2009 delivered in terms of strong, reliable and fuel effient OB that would suit my 600kg hull?

Suzies by all reports are very nice, but don't think you'll go too wrong with any brand spanka...be more concerned about servicing etc over in WA..good mechanic makes the world of difference!

Have a good look at the Tohatsu.

Very cheap compared to others and runs a dream. I'm am impressed with my purchase.
