Dave,

I use a 500 Attwood Tsunami bait pump on my boat (Glass)

Best I dea for you is to mount it out thru the transom and fit an elbo pointing down and cut off at an angle so as to pick up the water when moving.

Have installed several this way and it works well.

Any BLA stockist should be able to get you one.. if you have trouble I can get one for you.

I fitted one on the back of my transom on a stainless steel bracket that I made. it does not pick up at speed, but I installed it as a backup pump. my other pump is a Rule pump, both are 500 gph.

cheers

Dave,

These are good pumps http://www.bla.com.au/index.php?fn=productGroupView&dId=1&id=3338&eId=10&sId=e0007944e86a2c3f1941cfda18f785ab

Also with a 3 year warranty

Item 131719 is what you would screw on to give yopu the pickup effect

Dave.

Dave, these are cartridge type pumps.. easily removed and cleaned on the water. Have never had to clean mine yet but my fishing traits maybe different to yours.
