List of Plate Ally Builders

Gday guys and girls. I found an old thread on Ausfish by chuss which showed a listing of all the plate boat builders in Aus and a few in NZ. As it was a bit dated i decided to give it a bit of a rebirth and delete builders who have gone out of business and place in new additions to the plate boating world such as Origin Boats, Sea Prowler and Rebel Boats. So have a look through and tell me if ive missed anyone.

Been around for a long time and dealers now in every Aust State except Qld and NSW.

Probably the single best source of this info would be the "Plate Alloy Boats of Australia" book that is updated every year or two by Seamedia - publishers of Aust Fisherman & Boatowner magazine.

Black arrow boats at Coconut Grove in darwin I couldn't find a website but they are nice boats and I never found anyone with a bad word about them

A couple on the list, namely Bayshore and Barrington (Simons) I believe are no longer in the game.

i know this is an old thread iam after some info on the sea rider 6.5-7m range . dose any one own one? or ridden in one?. they are a WA built boat from what i can gather but dont think they are built anymore. anyone know where i can find info and specs tryed a google search but didnt show much ......cheers mick
