This is a 9.9 metre plate alloy boat that has been partly converted to a houseboat. It needs some internal finishing work. It has a 30hp two stroke Tohatsu on the back but also comes with a fully marinised 240C diesel motor(50 hp), two gear boxes, drive shaft and prop. I am too old and too buggered to finish the project.
