2008 etec

I dont no what has happened to this motor but for a 2008 motor it should not look like this,:-X it looked as though it had a bit of a internal fire in the leg.

Looks more to me like it had some external disassembly!!!!!

Pretty sure that the normal carbon build up under the cowl. Thats where the exhaust is.

Was this motor on the back of a polly craft boat?? i do recall reading something about .....E Tec...Polly...and fire some time ago on this forum, you may find it if you used the search button up the top

I found out what happened to it while on the the boat being towed it was hit from behind and bent it ,i could only see a small ding in the stainless steel prop, you would think they just would of replaced the leg where it was bent and not left to rot for such a young motor.
