Hi guys

Im heading up to Awonga for another trip at the begining of march and with two consecutive donuts in the trophy cabinet :'( was wondering if there was

going to be anybody else there at the same time cause I would love to sit down

have a couple of sherbets and find out where I'm going wrong.:-/

The "hugs and kisses" thinks I'm mad :P for going again but the first year we went

up we picked a couple on the troll and you know what happens then (obsession).

Awoonga has just had its 2nd biggest inflow since the dam wall was rasied
There is now acres of flooded grass and weed beds that are now two meters under the water . By March things could be quite hard .This grass and some of the weed beds that cannot get sunlight will die. Fish will still be caught they have to eat...BUT. Two options get a guide or delay your visit untill things improve. If you like pm me and l will keep you in the loop. If your plans cant be changed l am sure one of us locals will assist you if we can
