Kingscliff Bar - Small Runabout Turned over

Just heard on the radio a boat has turned over and is on the rocks at Kingscliff Bar. People have been pulled from the water.

Lots of people risking it this week in nasty conditions. I'm sure there will be more in this.

whats that 3 or 4 boats this week overturned on the bars,had planed to go out today offshore but after seein the boat yesterday and the seaway bar lastnite on the news there was no way i was headin offshore ,what are people thinkin,fishing ain't worth people lives,not just the people onboard but it the rescue fella's at well at risk

it's not the swell thats the problem it's either inexperience or unforseen problems with motor or steering as such which can happen in any swell if the pro's had to worry about a bit of swell they may aswell not go to work at all because they'd be out of business, in saying that there is better options than kingy bar.
