4blade props

hi there everyone, has any one put a 4blade prop on a DF50 suzuki and how did it go or can anyone tell me if they have put a 4blaed prop on there motor and how did it go compaired to there 3blade prop,im not getting all my revs with the stanard prop ive got on my DF50 and wanted to drop a inch picth,the stanard DF50prop is 11.5by13 and the solas prop ive been looking at is 10.8by12 any thoughts or info appresiated.

Hi Chris i have put a solas stainless 4 blade on my mariner 135 & it has improved the performance all round including the fuel use last trip out with 4 on board it returned 20 l per HR it has been down to 18 Hr with 2 on board
the 3blade was using 25 to 27 HR At 3500 to 4200 R P M & some slip

Hi Chris

I would never go back to a 3 blade,every boat that i have had both runabouts and half cabs have performed better with the 4 blade.Just gotta come back in pitch a little when you do.
