Injector failure ?

I was out cruising today @ 4500rpm, when the motor just cut out !
Then i received a warning on the I-Command Stating i had an injector
failure, contact your dealer.:'( The engine started again, so headed for
home ! Any thoughts on the issue would be great !!

Rooted injector is my guess..

If you get any water sitting in the injector while your boat is at home and not in use, it will tend to corrode some internal components of your injector..

Other then that it would be a open or closed circuit failure..

Did you experiance any power loose. Sluggise to get up on a plane once the failure occured.....

It was abit sluggish, but i put it down to for adults onboard !
But that was before the message after the message it was the same...
Looks like a job for lesiure marine !
I also posted on the site you suggested as Pitty .

Just thinking about it, it culd also be a loose earth wire leading to the injector.. As you said, get the pro's to check it out...
