Hi all, has anyone hired a boat from Boab, they are at the gold coast, and are they worth it.

I have done some maintenance work for them. They have good reliable boats. Best Idea is go and have a look at the boat you would hire and ask lots of questions. For someone that does not own a boat, you get a prety good boat to use for minimal outlay compared to buying one.

I have not myself, but a good friend hires one when he goes on holidays down the coast (NSW) he tells them when he will be there, they tow the boat to his holiday house and pick it up when he goes home, no hassles or long distance towing for him, good boat with a 4 stroke outboard, all the gear ready to go.
