lowrance 339 problem page problems

Hi all I have a lowrance 339 gps sounder combo and have recently have a problem no being able to split pages with gps and sounder
when i press the page button the only option is sounder
I have no problem working them inderpendently although to get back to gps from sounder I need to turn it off
when in gps I have info of depth displayed on screen
Have I changed a setting I don't know about
