where can i get a comfy floor matt to stand on when driving the boat. something like a door matt size, but some rubbery give to it, not too soft, not too hard, something that feels like your wearing a soft soled shoe, but barefoot instead on the matt?

the camping mats for shower floors etc. The ones that interlock together
they are about $15-$20 for 4 and are fairly thick foam. Cut to size around seat poles etc and they save your legs HEAPS.

Hey Mick, Have a look at Clark Rubber. I got a couple of 1.5 inch thick rectangle rubber mats for standing on behind the wheel and they are great. They are shock absorbent and slip resistant. I think they sell them as a floatation device. Size is approx 40cm x 30cm. About $10 each for memory.
