After fixing the windows on my cat again, ( for about the 100 th time), and after speaking to a few of the kcat guys who have all said the 5.2 and 6.2 kcats windows have always leaked, we decided to fix the problem for good.
The windows have been removed, cleaned up around the old bases, and we now have nice new plastic/perspex covers instead. They are completely sealed, dont leak, and actually look better than the old windows. They have 4 s/screws to hold them in place, as well as the sealant. Allan from seatrek marine did the job, ( on both my cat and my brothers 5.2) and they have come up a treat.
