Mounting a waterlock

I have a new exhaust to go on the boat and am using a plastic waterlock I'm worried that when it's in place it will vibrate against the floor of the hull and make a bit of noise is there a product I can use to bed it with?

Have you considered EVA foam? Bed it in with sikaflex.
