Ewen maddock dam

Hi there,

My mate and I are hitting up the fresh for the second time (first didn't get us anything worth mentioning) and taking a couple of basic 2.7m kayaks.

Does anyone have any tips or advice they can give me about Ewen maddock dam?

I've read there are toga and bass in there, so I'm taking an assortment of plastics, vibes, poppers, walk the doggies and my one spinnerbait.

I'll be taking one rod in the yak at a time, starting off with a 3-7kg stick with 15lb line on it and then going higher or lower depending on how I feel after my first hookup.. Does that sound like a good way to start?
