My family recently went camping at wivenhoe dam at the capt. Logans camp.:D The camp was clean and peaceful with no dropkicks to ruin it for my family. Didnt catch a thing:'( as i was shore fishing and due to the time i have yet to find a decent spot. Seq water was very helpful with booking a spot but you may find it hard to get a camp spot on public holidays. The camp sites are 7m x 10m with wood bbq and a bench attached to it. We fitted all of our camping gear and tents on the site and for the 8 of us it only cost $45 for the night. if you have kids it was only a 15min walk through a bush trail to get to a kids playground on the next spit over so I can recomend it to all.
