Hi Everyone
Dose any one know of any good 2nd hand outboard`s mid 90`s for sale ?
looking around the 115 to 140 hp range?
it for a early 17 seafarer with a 25" transom
have tryed most dealers from sunshine coast to gold coast

very hard to find that HP range, it is the most looked for, but if you have the money at the ready, then you will find someting if you wait.

pretty unusual to have an early Seafarer (Viking?) with a 25" tranom, might have been built for twins maybe?

Had something for you until I saw the 25 inch transom. Mine is a 20 inch, not as big as yours I'm afraid.

I think there was a couple of 1999 130HP Yamaha's for sale as on here as well, (classifieds)one was good, the other no so good, but you might pick up the two at the right price maybe

i am re building the transom love to boat to much to part with it, is actualy a ventura numer 90 of the floor

I know the bloke that was selling the twin yamaha 130's. he ended up trading them at reef marine in mackay. If you give them a ring they might still have them. One was in good nick and the other was breaking down under load.

AH I see, makes sense now, way back then I sort of doubted that a 25" would have been available, you should be able to dig up something I would reckon, be careful of the weight, those old ones were not all that flash in the weight carrying capacity on the transom, I think the OMC 60 degree V4 would be the lightest in that power range, and the Yamaha 90 would be the minimum power, but a very light motor.
