Quintrex Hornet 435 - 1998 model what are they like?

I am looking at buying a Quintrex Hornet 435 Trophy, it's a 1998 model and its' a bit rough. What are they like for river, estuary and inshore fishing? What do I look for with the hull as I can see the keel has been welded up in one section about 50cm long. It looks like it has been used in the sea when a bit too rough for it and gone a bit quick in those conditions, probably only hit every second wave. The motor and trailer are OK but just need to have good look at the hull. I have had a run in it and seems OK.

Any advice on what to look for especially where in regard to cracks and corrosion?
