North Pine/lake Sampsonvale licence

Hi all, do you need a licence to fish from the shore at Lake Sampsonvale. I know you need a permit to take a boat out but I'm not sure from the bank. If yes is there a local place such as a tackle shop that sells them or do you need to purchase over the net.
