Hi, I just picked up the new boat on Saturday. I need to fit my sounder/gps and was also thinking about a deck wash and plumbing the live bait tanks.
I have fitted sounders etc to previous boats but lost my nerve when it came to drilling into the brand new transom.
In previous threads that I have read I think there is an Ausfish member that does this type of work.

I had to drill a hole through the hull to take a speed scoop as a water inlet for a heat exchange unit.
That was a nervous moment for me.
But I like to tackle things myself when I can.
That was to fit an air conditioner to the cabin.
