sea anchor

could any one please tell me how to set up and use a sea anchor properly. i have a 5.25 tinny mainly fish moreton bay and off mooloolaba

You might be talking about the small drogue for drift fishing - ie Lazilas etc with a 1.5 foot big end and few inches at the other....there are some good threads if you search on there for sea anchor...
