wilson reel seat??

Hi All

I have a snyderglas blank which i wish to bind up. since they are now out of business, and this one is a one off prototype, which i think is excellent. i do not want any critical components breaking on it, especially the reel seat!! I have a 32 size Wilson Reel seat. i believe it is worth around 10 dollars. it feels relatively loose in the threads and hoods. hence i am questioning its build quality and whether i shuold risk it, or spend 25 bucks and buy a better one.


Has anyone had experience with these reel seats before, how did they go? Also what would be another good brand to get? the size is a 32, and i havent seen too many around.

Dont waste your time with the Wilson reel seat, Stick with the better qulity mate.

Do you think an Alps/ Freeway G32 Reelseat is a good one? I origonally wanted to go fuji, but i couldnt find any in the 32 size.
