I'm in the process of moving the console in the boat. The problem is I can't disassemble the control box is disconnect it. I've removed all the visible screws and everything else that see that could hold it. The unit is loose, but i can't see whats holding it.

The actual throttle handle is still connected which may logically holding it, but it has no visible screws holding it on.

The control box is for a single 91 johnson 150, it possible that I'm missing something simple. If someone could point me in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers

3/16 allen head bolt on oposite side of handle holding handle on.

undo partially then hit head of bolt with hammer and punch to loosen control box handle away from control box. remoive handle completely from control box.

then lift warm up leaver slightly whilst seperating the control box :)

Cheers Garry,

I was completely removing that bolt on the opposite side of the handle. Then trying to pull things apart, which was going to lead to me breaking somthing.

Thank again,

Kendall
