Yep, some serious adventures in that one - just needs some offroad wheels and LOTS more scratches in her now. I'm jealous.

Yes, very nice rig. Small enough to use all the time without costing much at all.

Don't worry too much about getting hours up. Is your first service at 10hours? A 2 stroke? Oil injected or pre-mix

Probably the worst thing is the extra oil in the fuel for the first 10 hours.

Hows it going Steve
The first service is at 20 hrs and it is a premix 2 stroke.

I managed to get her set up this morning with the 2 sounders wired in and a temp switch panel. Headed off and got onto the water at the new east arm ramp just after the high we putted off and headed over to Catalina creek on arrival i had noticed in all the excitement that i had left the tackle box in the car so we putted back to the ramp picked it up and headed over to hudsons creek and had a flick there were a few barra boofing around but nothing we threw at them worked so after about an hour we headed back to the ramp on retrieving the boat i went a little to deep and submerged my phone so im not impressed but the boat runs a dream i took four onboard and it was as stable as anything and the watersnake bowmount is a dream.

I have been out in some choppy conditions with 4 plus gear and have had no dramas at all.
As for the ETEC id say go for it I think there a great motor and if i had my choice i would have the same.

Nice choice! How much does a boat like that cost?

Hows it going mate

the rig itself was 12390 then i paid about 1000 for freight and because the thust plate was added after the build it cost me 600 instead of 130.

The extras i put in were the twin 120AH batts (450) the electric (800) and the 2 sounders (one 1250 and the other 400) so all up with my stuff i added it was around 16500 on the water ready to go i did all the wiring except for the bow mount
