Ideal setup

Recently returned from a trip from the daly River i passed a Landcruiser which had a 14 - 15 ft boat with approx a 50hp outboard mounted upright on the tray. The drawbar was sitting just above the cab, unfortunately we were both traveling at speed in opposite directions, i did not get enough of a look at how it was set up.
Has anyone seen a setup like this one as i would like to be able to tow a caravan and be able to take a larger boat and outboard on my next trip.
