Scored a day off and went up the sunny coast to try and get a couple of snaps on the close reefs on plastics. Arrived before dawn on the spot and found some bait showing but could hardly get a bite. Ended up scoring one sweetie for an hour or mores casting. Changed tacks and went in search of longies and found some, most around 8-10kg's but a few bigger ones around also. Drove my mate into a school and he tells me he's got 10lb line on:o OH NO. About an hour later he lands his biggest fish and first longie ever. Was pretty stoked to say the least;D . I managed a cast at a school about 1/2 hour into his battle that popped up next to the boat and scored one also. Better than working;) . Ben

I hear you pete, they are pretty hard to ignore especially when ther is some big kegs mixed in with them. I'ts almost an involuntary action to fire a cast at them.
Yeah Damned67, Funny bugger finished his beer and took 2 phonecalls while d!cking around on the cotton he was using. Ben
