Apollo Spaniard 16 foot boat

Can anyone give us any advice on this brand of boat, the one I'm looking at is about 16 foot and it has a old 70hp evinrude on it. I have only ever has aluminium boats. what should one look at and what sort of money would one pay for it???????

look at the transom and floor for rot, I have yet to see one these now days that is not soft or going soft, pretty good boat in their day, but cheaply constructed!
