anyone need a marina berth ?

Just thought id let anyone know if there interested, as finding a berth is a bit of a waiting game at the moment. I have a 13m berth at a marina in redcliffe / scarbrough that will be available for a sub lease from 18th may 2009 to 18th august 2009. boats going to be used up around fraser for a few months so the offers there if anyone requires a berth. starboard tie up if berthing forwards.
