Made the call late sunday arv to head out for a fish about a 45 minute run,
only to pull up on my mark and the sounder decided it wasnt going to work,
f#*K great start to it i thought.Anyway here know might as well drop some
baits. The biggest red wrecked my mates reel so we went two up on handlining
the big girl on braid, wow what a experience that was,not to many cuts suffered.
It went 10kg,the rest where grassies and a couple hussar, not bad for 4 hours fishing.
cheers Paul

used whole hussar butterflied and head and frame, and whole squid they where pretty much hitting anything thou. The reel that got sorted out i think was a GT 330 or something like that (old school) not sure it was my mates rig, first time i had taken him offshore with me.Think he just dusted off the cobwebs and through it the boat, told him i think i spoilt him for his first trip with me.I was running 50lb braid 60lb leader, cant fish too heavy there they seem to know the difference smart buggers.

Hey there Paul, what is the boat in the background. Is that the boat you fished from. I have a Makocraft 5mtr Frenzy & was thinking about comming up, Peter.
